We regularly assess a wide range of sites, from large gardens and paddocks to land on the edge of villages but development can exist in many unexpected places. Below are some of the types of land we typically assess

Previously developed land that is no longer in active use, such as former garages, storage yards or warehouses.
Our appraisal considers remediation and constraints, with a focus on delivering high-quality, sympathetic redevelopment.

If you have a large garden that is underused or difficult to maintain, it may present an opportunity for development, subject to access and planning considerations.
We would be happy to assess its potential and provide clear, straightforward advice.

Land such as paddocks or parcels no longer in active use can often hold more value than expected.
We assess the planning potential and where appropriate, manage and fund the planning process on your behalf.

Buildings such as pubs, warehouses and barns that are no longer in use can often present re-development or conversion potential.
We can assess constraints and planning considerations, and advise on opportunities to realise value sensitively.

Certain agricultural buildings may qualify for conversion to residential use under Class Q permitted development, subject to prior approval from the local authority rather than a full planning application.
We assess eligibility and manage and fund the prior approval process.
Once consent is secured, the site may be sold to a trusted delivery partner or where appropriate, progressed by us directly.

We review land of varying sizes and scales.
If you own land and believe it may have potential, we would be pleased to assess it and discuss the options available.
Where our initial desktop assessment indicates potential, we would be happy to arrange a site visit and meet with you in person.
Please contact us to discuss your land and next steps.
